Free Shipping on Orders over $50 will be shipped via UPS Ground with promotional code.Promotional codes are awarded on a limited basis to new registered customers. We reserve the right to award free shipping at our discretion. It is not automatic with orders over $50. But heck, our prices are so good who needs free? shipping?

Returns & Replacements

Shipping is customers responsibility. Merchandise must be returned in original condition within 10 business days and refund or replacement will be determined upon receipt. Customer must notify Rockpile of defect or damage within ten business days of receipt of merchandise.

1) Send an email to support@rockpilesurf.com requesting a Return Authorization number ("RA#"). In this email please remember to include your name, order number and the item(s) that you wish to return.

2) We will email you back with a unique RA#. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance (21 days for international orders) of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.

3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and ship the box via UPS or other insured shipping service. The RA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

4) We will issue your credit the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-3 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement.

5) There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs
